Homemade Peach Ice Cream Recipe: Non-Dairy

This homemade peach ice cream recipe is one of our favorites. It's fast, healthy and delectable, and it's perfect when you need a non dairy ice cream.

1 large can of peaches

2 C soy milk

¾ C apple juice concentrate

1/8 tsp of almond essence (optional)

  • Puree the canned peaches with their juice.

  • Add soy milk, apple juice concentrate and almond essence (if desired) to blender and mix.

  • Pour into ice cream maker.


Note that, like many non dairy ice creams, this one will freeze harder than most ice creams. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving.

You can substitute almost any canned or frozen fruit in this recipe.
